DeTour, Ellen M. 86, of Cold Spring Harbor on July 6, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Walter. Devoted mother of Michele DeTour (Keith Allshouse), Suzanne (James) Thomasson, Stephanie (George) Howard, the late Walter (Kathy) DeTour, and Marc (Elizabeth) DeTour. Cherished grandmother of 11 and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation Monday 2-4 and 7-9PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home Inc., 934 New York Avenue, Huntington Station. Mass Tuesday 9:45AM at St. Patrick's Church, Huntington. Ellen was an avid skier, swimmer, and knitter. She loved Eagle Dock Beach. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Eagle Dock Beach Foundation, P.O. Box 172, Cold Spring Harbor, NY 11724.
