The loving father, Alfred R. Kiider has passed away on Monday, February 11th 2019 at the age of 78 at 3:00 AM. This was a sudden and unexpected death that has left his family in shock. He will be missed and the memories will live on. He was a devoted father that loved his family deeply and lived by making everyone happy. Alfred was born in Ozone Park, Queens on August 25th 1940. He married the beloved, Deanna T.
Delfinato on November 13th, 1965. Alfred and Deanna loved to do everything together and hand-in-hand such as walks in the park, grocery shopping, sharing meals together, planning adventures of traveling throughout the years and the list is endless. They have three daughters:
Melissa born on July 30th, 1967, Cherisse born on August 30th, 1969 and Annette born on June 24th, 1975. Growing up, Alfred would travel with the family on road trips to Montauk, Pennsylvania, Boston etc. and to different Islands (St. Croix, Barbados, Puerto Rico etc.) for sunny vacations. They would travel to Acapulco, Mexico for several years staying for the Christmas holiday and New Year’s. Throughout the marriage of Alfred and Deanna, their favorite vacation spot was Delray Beach, Florida where they visited for 20 years. Alfred had their 53rd wedding anniversary booked in advance for this November 2019. Alfred always wanted fun adventures planned for the both of them. The loving father served in the Marines. He was apart of the American Legions; whereby he volunteered a numerous amount of times and he was rewarded for it. Alfred was a proud veteran. He was always an out-going man where everyone would know his presence because it was so strong. His loving personality will be with us all in our heart, soul and the memories etched within us. His face, smile and voice we will see every day.
