I worked with Ralph Lanza in the 1960’s at the L.C. Dept of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company New York. I remember my very first interaction with him went this way: Me: Ralph, are you related to Mario Lanza? Ralph: Yes of course, we have the same last name. LOL from both of us. This broke the ice for me. I found out how friendly, easy-going and approachable he was. Ralph, I will miss you so much. RIP. Earl DeLeon

So sad to hear of the passing of Ralph. I'm sure there are so many former colleagues of Ralph that hold fond memories of him. Going back to the late '60's, working at 15 Broad Street, Ralph was the man with a smile that could light up the 23rd floor at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. (now JP Morgan Chase). Of course his pearly whites and eternal tan certainly helped! Mostly, I think it was Ralph's easy going, yet dynamic personality, along with a phenomenal sense of humor that endeared him to everyone who had the pleasure of working with him. May the angels come to welcome you, Ralph, and may you rest in eternal peace. Greg Hauck
