We made a habit of saying,"I love you!", after each conversation. Bobby was a strong, quiet person until he got with the "family(Edith, Bernice, Joan and me) then the teasing and laughter would be endless.To many people, he was Bob, Bobby, Uncle Bobby , but to me he meant so much more--;he was my Brother! See you soon Mr.Harris, Bobby!

To my family, I send my deepest condolences for your loss and ours as well. I will deeply miss my uncle Bobby, his infectious smile and his ability to show you how to be a great husband and father. I remember when my parents were having their 50th Anniversary, but he at that time was very sick, but when he heard there was going to be a gathering, Aunt Mae, Uncle Bobby showed up and surprised my parents. He said he wouldn't miss his baby brother (Billy) and sister (Ramona) special day. He will be missed With Deepest Love, Bryon and Sandra Harris

Laughter is all I remember with "my big brother", Bobby. I met Bobby and what was to become my family for life on September 2, 1966. We spent the weekend together at the annual Shinnecock Nation PowWow; and it was on! Bobby and I constantly teased and joked with each other back and forth endlessly. Whenever we got together it started, bringing laughter to our family! For this I thank "my brother", who brought laughter into my life. We will miss his Thursday weekly "role calls! Our hearts are hurting, yes, but not without hope! ( Job 14:13-15; Acts 24:15)

Uncle Bobbie would call me once a week, to let me know how he and Aunt Mae were doing. We would talk about my daughter and grandkids and my mom. Then he would say, well I have to call you sister Lori. I will call you next week love you, l would say love you and give Aunt Mae hug for me. I will miss those phone calls. I know he is with family up in heaven and watching overs us.

Each Thursday I would wait for the phone to ring. It was my brother calling to see how I was doing. And we would chat for a little while. Mostly about family. We would end with, love you and give my love to Mae and he would say, give my love to Chris. Talk to you next week. Love you.
