Perry, Rose E., 94, of Huntington, passed away on October 8, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Cecil. Loving mother of William Brian Perry (Andrea), Steven Perry, Lisa Baxter (Frank) and predeceased by Brendan and Cecile. Cherished grandmother of 8 great-grandmother of 3. Dear sister of Tom Shanley. Born at home to Irish immigrant parents, Rose Shanley Perry was the eldest of 10 children. She loved her native New York, loved America and Ireland. She loved reading, Botanical Gardens, crosswords, the Christmas Season, and Jeopardy. Most of all, she dearly loved her family and was dearly loved by them. She passed on her deep Catholic faith. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Catholic Charities.
