We would like to send our condolences to Joanne, Chris, Sean, and the rest of the families, to let them know that they are in our thoughts and prayers. If you wanted a good story or a laugh, Ron was the person to be with. He seemed to be well versed on every topic, and it wouldn’t take him long to get you laughing or hooked into one of his interesting stories. He was always smiling and laughing even while trying to separate my Mom and Joanne at 1am to make the late night drive home after a visit. Because his son and I had the same first name, he gave me the nickname “CP” as my middle name is Patrick. He was the only person I can recall ever calling me that. I can still hear him saying “Hey, CP”, with his head tilted back looking through his glasses. He will surly be missed. All our best, Chris and Tyler Manning

My heart and prayers first and foremost go to Joanne. I’ve watched you and Ron grow as a loving couple and family all of my life. I will always remember being so excited for you both to come to our house in NJ, MD, DE & PA. Your friendship to my parents was something to admire! There was no home you wouldn’t come to visit and we enjoyed every moment! During the summer months as a child in the70’s & 80’s, Ron and my father would BBQ and throw us into our pool. Ron was never short on conversation. He has an amazing laugh which I can still hear to this day! He always had his arms folded when telling a story! Not only would he share the most beautiful stories about growing up, he would also share some interesting work ones as well! To Ron’s boys, may you look back on your memories of your father with love and inspiration. He loves you both very much and was a devoted father! May you find comfort that he is in God’s hands and looking after you and your families. Sending prayers and blessings. Maureen Manning and girls

My heartfelt condolences to Joanne, Chris, Sean and the whole beautiful family that is celebrating Ron's life. Ron was my Godfather and I knew him as an all around hilarious person. Every time our families would get together he always had everyone laughing and could make a joke out of anything. And I love that it wasn't a regular joke, it was always very witty! He was a bright spirit who was always smiling! Thank you to the family for the opportunity to share; I will miss him very much.
