DePalo, Vito P., Sr., 76, of Huntington, passed away on August 17, 2021. Proud United States Army veteran, and owner of the DePalo and Sons Auto Body Shop in Huntington. He loved being outdoors, but loved his family more than anything else. He will be terribly missed by all who knew him. Loving husband of Lorraine. Beloved father of Michael (Nicole), Edward (Christine), Vito, Jr. (Jennifer), and Ashley (Joshua Denis). Cherished grandfather of eight grandchildren. Vito is also survived by his mother Beatrice and his brothers Ciro (Lorraine) and Michael (Barbara). The family will receive visitors Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass Monday, 9:30 am, at St Hugh of Lincoln RC Church, Huntington Station. Interment with military honors following at Melville Cemetery. At the family's request, please wear a mask while attending the visitation and the Funeral Mass.
