MCGANN, GEORGE A., retired Captain FDNY. With great sorrow passed away on December 3rd. George was born 2/29/36 and died 12/3/2020. Loving husband of Cecilia and proud father of Stephen (Michelle), Kenneth (Karen), Christopher (Mary). Adored father to Ellen (deceased. Cherished grandfather to Ryan (Emily), Brendan, Jennifer, (Luis), Taylor (Ryan), Brigid, Connor, Christopher, Kevin, Colin, Quinn, Gavin and great granddaughter Rose Elizabeth. Beloved brother to Patricia Dunne. Reposing M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Avenue, Huntington Station, NY Saturday 12-4 PM, December 5th and Sunday December 6th 10-2PM. Mass celebrated Monday, December 7th,11 AM at St. Francis Assisi, Clay Pitts Road, Greenlawn.
