Jean Marc Cantave, 86, of Wyandanch, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator. He was a beloved husband to Amicie for 56 years, loving father of 5 children, Marie Ansie Cantave Pierre, Deacon Jean Dady Cantave, Jean Harry Cantave, Marie Florence Cantave and Marie Marthine Cantave Belfort. Caring brother to Pierre Jacques Cantave, Léda Cantave, Thomas Cantave, Michel Cantave and adored grandfather and great grandfather. Family will receive friends at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Friday, December 27th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 28th at 9 AM at St. Francis of Assisi in Greenlawn, NY. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum Cemetery, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Framingdale, NY 11735.
