Obituary of Alice B. Gallienne
Gallienne, Alice B. After a valiant and dignified fight against ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), she passed peacefully on July 24, 2017. A native of Huntington, NY, she is survived by her husband of 60 years, Joseph E. Gallienne, Jr., and a loving family of 4 children: Gregory (Alison), Greer (Jim) Clabby, Ginger (Matt) Blanda, and Greta McLaughlin. Her family includes 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild, all of whom were at her bedside when she passed peacefully. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home.A solemn requiem mass will be held at St. Patrick' Church on Thursday at 9:45 AM with interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation in her name to the Visiting Nurse Service of Suffolk County and the ALS Association located at 42 Broadway, Suite 1724 NY, NY 10004
