OLIVA - Christine D., 78, of Huntington, NY passed away on March 13, 2017 after a 2 1/2 year battle with multiple myeloma. Formerly of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY and Cambria Heights, Queens, NY. Loving wife of Joseph J. Cherished mother of Maria and Joseph. Beloved daughter of predeceased Louis and Cleonice Modica. Proud alumnae of Bishop McDonnell Memorial H.S., Long Island University and Prospect Heights Hospital School of Nursing. Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Monday, 10:45 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Huntington. Interment St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale NY
