Gannon, Jerome A., 81, of Lloyd Harbor, on October 8, 2016. Jerome was the 2004 Grand Marshall of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Huntington. Longtime member of the Huntington Crescent Club. Beloved husband of Joyce and the late Elizabeth. Dear brother of Jeanne Miller. Loving father of Gregory (Anne), Michael, Diane Bertolina (Victor) and Leigh Avella (Nick). Cherished grandfather of 13, Derek, Sean, Taylor Eve, Jordan, Dillon, Bryan, Meghan, Anthony, Curtis, Brooke, Elizabeth, Nicolas and Christopher. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass will be held Thursday at 9:45 AM, St. Patrick’s Church in Huntington. In lieu of flowers, donations to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Research would be appreciated.
