Wilbur, Daniel John, 31, of Huntington, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2016 surrounded by his family. Honorary Chief of the Halesite Fire Department. Beloved son of Peter and Diane (nee Phelan). Loving brother of Kelly and Christian. Cherished grandson of Joan dos Santos. He is loved and will be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Firematic services will be held Thursday 8 PM at the funeral home. Funeral Mass Friday 9:45 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, Huntington. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to: Halesite Fire Department in Daniel’s name would be greatly appreciated.
