I worked with Ruth the summer after I graduated college and before I got married and moved out of state. I loved working with Ruth and always remembered her kindness and her smile. It was one of my favorite jobs and working with her and Mr. Hagerty inspired me to pursue my love for photography over the years. I have thought of her so often over the years and will always remember her smiling face as I walked down the aisle at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and the pretty Aspen earrings she gave me as a gift. Little did I know that I would reside in CO for 34 years and still do. I still have the letter of recommendation that she typed up for me:) Again she influenced me in so many ways during that short summer working together and I have thought of her so often throughout my life. Many Blessings to Ruth’s family-she was quite a gem. Kind Regards! Anne-Marie Scro

I'm so sorry for the great loss of your dear Ruth, Words cannot express the pain we feel when we lose those we love. Please take comfort in knowing that our creator, Jehovah God, has promised to end death forever and to reunite us with our loved ones (Rev. 21:4 and John 5:28,29). Be comforted by the good memories and allow your family and friends to help you through this difficult time. Remember, it is impossible for God to lie (Heb. 6:18), what he has promised will happen soon. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to learn more about the resurrection hope.

BOB WATKINS posted a condolence

Hello,
My name is Bob Watkins and I live by the library in Greenlawn. Your mom would stop by my home every other week to talk. Why you ask? She told me that she went to the library to a meeting and on her way home, would see my wood work outside my house as I was working on it in my driveway. I make yard decorations. She bought a Turkey before Thanksgiving and said she was giving it to her kids. She was going to buy the partner to Tom the Turkey but didn't have enough money on her. So she went back to talking about her kids. She loved you guys and bragged about it. I know this is kind of weird getting an e-mail like this but wanted you to know that your mom touched my life and made me smile. I saw her picture in the paper and felt bad. She was such a nice lady. Peace be with you.
Bob
