Patricia Y. “ Pat “ Feraco on November 30th 2015. Loving wife of the late Carl " Kelly ". Beloved Mother of Debbie ( the late Dennis ) Cassan, Cindy ( Ramon ) Albini, Carlene ( Mark ) Campbell and Ralph ( Giselle ). Cherished Grandmother of 9 and Great Grandmother of 5. Adored Sister of Carmel Haptonstall . Visitation is on Saturday December 5th 7 to 9 PM and Sunday December 6th 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Mass will be at St. Hugh’s Church Monday December 7th at 9:30 AM. Interment Long Island National Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be appreciated by the family
