I worked with Pete over 15 years ago at The Edge in Phoenix. To say he is one-of-a-kind just doesn't do him justice. He was the brightest light in any room. Pete had such an incredible impact on my life. Naturally, I was down to his humor and energy. He showed me to find humor in all things and to laugh my way through life's ups and downs. That's what I am doing now, finding laughter through the countless memories I shared with him.
To Mama Pistol Pete - THANK YOU!!! Thank you for bringing this powerhouse into the world. Please take comfort in knowing he impacted so many lives, he certainly did mine. He is so loved by many.
All my love,
Angel

I have known Pete since the late 80's when he played with Kaiser. He was always happy, always smiling, and he could light up a room just by walking into it! Although several years had past that I didn't see him on a regular basis, I still thought of him often, along with the rest of the guys in Kaiser because they were such a big part of my life back in the day. I finally caught up with all of them 20 + years later at their reunion show in 2014, and let me say that Pete was just as entertaining as ever, always coming up with something to make people laugh! I am do glad that I saw them play those last two shows. My condolences go out to his family and all his many friends that were a part of his life. His positive outlook on life and beautiful soul truly touched each and every one of us, he will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.

I knew Pete for over three years. For three years we would meet almost every week at the Actor's Workhouse. There was this special quality about him: he could light up the room the moment he walked in. He was a very talented actor, awesome musician, and a great Radio DJ. He also had the most wonderful smile. Please accept my condolences.

I worked with Pete for several years at Energy & stayed in touch with him for these many years after. Words don't even describe the light that was lost. I am still waiting for him to jump out of a cake or something...yelling "You better believe it." The world lost a great (let me take that back) FABULOUS man. A man who gave his everything always at 100%.
He taught me to step out of my comfort zone & just be me. He always made me laugh & put me on the spot on air too many times to count.. I do not think I ever saw him without a smile and he would light up any room. From his crazy outfits, to his extravagant entrances... and that laugh. Oh how I miss that laugh.. I would say RIP but that wouldn't be his style. He will be living it up & shaking things up. Keep shining that light for us up there.
To the family he loved you all more than anything. And yes this includes Ms. Piggy and Henry!! Thank you for raising such a wonderful son and brother to all. I wish I could be in NY to hug and meet all of you. He touched so many.. I love you Pete!!

My sincere condolences to Pete's Mom and siblings and extended family. I can't imagine how difficult this is for all of you. I hope you can take comfort in knowing how much Pete was loved by so many people and how many lives he touched. There is not one bad thing anyone can say about Pete, he was truly one of the good ones. He had this incredible way of making everyone feel accepted, welcomed, special and part of whatever he was doing, he included everyone. I always felt so loved and special when I was with him and we had so much fun together. He truly had a lasting impact on my life and I will never forget him, that amazing smile, that incredible laugh and all his crazy sayings. I have so many great memories with him, and those will be with me forever. Prayers for healing to all of you.

Dear Kelly Family,
I got to know Pete in the last couple of years as I was very new to the acting community. Pete was such an inspiration and role model. He was a phenomenal scene partner and a fucking hilarious guy. I had the honor of seeing him at least once, even twice, a week for a whole two years. Actors Workhouse will miss him, as I know I do.
Thank you Pete for the countless lessons and laughs. Thank you for welcoming me into your life and becoming a part of my family. Thank you for being part of my close actors family that helped me come out to my family about my passion with acting and not medicine. Thank you for letting me come over to your home and meet the ever silly Henry and Piggy. Thank you for sharing crazy stories about all the posters on your walls.
I miss you Pete Kelly. And I will see you again.
Till we meet again, hon,
Shriji, your adopted Indian baby.

My deepest sympathies to the Kelly and Muldowney Family. I am so shocked and saddened over the sudden loss of such an amazing person. I was blessed to live on Coldport Drive back in the days when us kids ran around together. Peter was a really great friend and always had us laughing hysterically over his many antics. To say he stood out in a crowd is an understatement. He really was the life of the party. What a character! It's a miracle we didn't get into more trouble than we did growing up. There's plenty of crazy stories I could share, that's for sure. We had some really wild times. It was all about the music, concerts, rock bands, KISS, Pink Floyd, The Who, Led Zeppelin "The Ocean" blasting out the windows on my stereo, Peter's non-stop drumming on anything that wasn't moving, cruising around in muscle cars, "keggers", partying on the golf course, waiting in front of my house for Tommy to pickup Carole (and hopefully bring us a case of beer), riding dirt bikes, washing dishes at the country club, "Our house nigre", swiping beers from the bar, hanging out "the van", the Rush/BOC concert and the ice storm that knocked out electricity for a week, walking on the golf course after the ice storm like walking on the moon, the time when you and Johnny visited us in CT and we partied way too hard...poor Johnny...Carole's car was never the same (ha-ha)...there's just so many good memories. I'm so sorry you had to leave us early but bright lights that shine really bright don't always last that long. Plus I figured there's a big party somewhere above that needs a drummer, DJ, MC, and all around crazy person to get things fired up. That would be you, my dear friend. Rest in peace PK.

I'm so sorry for the great loss of your dear Peter. Words cannot express the pain we feel when we lose those we love. Please take comfort in knowing that our creator, Jehovah God, has promised to end death forever and to reunite us with our loved ones (Rev. 21:4 & John 5:28,29). Be comforted by the good memories and allow your family and friends to help you through this difficult time. Remember, it's impossible for God to lie (Heb. 6:18), what he has promised will happen soon.
