Retired member of the Board of Trustees of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburg and retired Executive Vice President of Flushing Savings Bank. Beloved husband of Denise for 52 years. Loving and cherished father of Christine (Dr. Richard) Schumann, Suzanne, Terrence (Michele) and predeceased by his son Sean. Cherished grandfather of Lauren, Kevin, Sean, Ryan and Katie. Dear brother of Dorothy Callicutt, Joan Whelan and predeceased by his sister Ellen Mason and brother Al.Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Monday 9:30 AM at St. Elizabeth's Church, Melville, New York. In Lieu of Flowers donations to : Melville Fire rescue www.melvillefd.org will be appreciated.
