Foster, Robert E., 84, of Huntington, on August 31, 2015. Robert was a proud Air Force Veteran, a former Vice President of Human Resources at Grumman Aerospace, past President of Huntington Country Club and was an active Board Member of the Visiting Nurse Assoc.. Beloved husband for 55 years of Patricia. Loving father of Robert E. Jr, William R. (Kim) and Diane (Tom) Poschmann. Cherished grandfather of Devon, Caroline, Raymond, Katie and Kristy. Dear brother of Fred Foster. Robert is loved and will be missed by his many friends and family. Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Avenue, Huntington Station, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass at St. Patrick’s Church in Huntington on Friday, 9:45 AM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Visiting Nurse Assoc. of LI.100 Garden City Plaza, Suite 100 Garden City, NY 11530, in his memory.
