MATTHES - Helen C., of Huntington, on July 13, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Albert C. Loving mother of Albert B. (Jeanne) and Susan Matthes. Devoted grandmother of Celia (Roy) Gordon, Scott (Jessica) Matthes andKelly (Stephen) Yurick. Great grandmother of Brody, Avery, Chelsea, Stephen, Owen, Emma and Reese. And beloved "Nanny" to all. Helen passed into Heaven on her 71st wedding anniversary. It is time for her and Albert to dance again. She was 95 years old. Visitation M.A. ConnellFuneral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station, Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass St. Patrick's Church, Huntington, Wednesday 9:45 AM. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
