RADA - Monica, 29, of Dix Hills suddenly on October 28, 2011. Beloved daughter of Diane and James Banz. Loving sister of John (Joanne) and Yvette. Dear stepsister of Jonathon (Erica) Banz, Jimmy (Joanne) Banz and Laura (Jason) Merin. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Mass will be held Thursday 9:45 AM at St. Matthew's Church in Dix Hills.
