MURPHY - John D., 85. of Greenlawn, formerly of Westbury, on October 16, 2010. Born in County Wexford, Ireland. Beloved husband of the late Ann T. Lovingfather of Dermot (Ann), Mary Lemp (Tom), Patrick (Janet) and Stephen. Cherished grandfather of five. Dear brother of Imelda Tillbrook, Sister Celine Murphy, Con and Rory Murphy. Visitation M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station, Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass St. Francis of Assisi Church, Greenlawn, Saturday 10 AM. Interment St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the VNS of Suffolk, 505 Main St, Northport, NY, 11768.
