MATTHEWS - Jennifer M., 28, of Huntington Station, on February 22, 2009. Beloved wife of Christopher. Cherished daughter of Maryanne and Walter Eppich. Loving sister of Heather, Megan and Jason. Adored daughter-in-law of Gary Matthews. Jennifer is loved and will be missed by her grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins, especially her Courtney and Kyle . Visitation at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station on Tuesday and Wednesday, 2-5 and 7-9pm. Mass at St. Elizabeth's Church on Thursday at 9:30am. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation P.O. Box 204 Norwad, NJ 07648 in her memory.
