Perillo, Thomas V., 91, of Melville, on January 5, 2015. Beloved husband of Edith. Loving father of Cynthia Moffatt (David), Thomas (Maryanne), Chris, and Linda. Cherished grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 1. Dear brother of Paul (Ann). Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Patrick's Church, 400 Main St., Huntington, NY 11743. Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, 45 Huntington Road, Huntington, NY 11743. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 in Thomas's name would be greatly appreciated.
