DeMoustes, Robert William Sr., 89, a long-time resident of Cold Spring Harbor, on November 7, 2014. Ex-Chief and Ex-Commissioner of The Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department. Proud WWII Army Veteran, member of the 101st Airborne. Beloved husband of the late Anne. Loving father of Bob (Patti). Loving grandfather of Alison and Gregory (George). Visitation Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Firematic services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to: Long Island State Veterans Home, 100 Patriots Road, Stony Brook, NY 11790 or Suffolk County Volunteer Firefighters Burn Center Fund, PO Box 765, Smithtown, NY 1187 in Roberts name would be greatly appreciated.
