SULLIVAN - Joan Rigney, 83, of Cold Spring Harbor, on June 26, 2014, after a brief illness. Beloved wife of Robert J. Sullivan for 60 years. Treasured mother of Kathleen, Robert and James Sullivan. Dear aunt of Christopher and Margaret Schmitt. Cherished grandmother of Kira, Daniel and Sean Sullivan. Devoted sister of Marie Schmitt. Graduate of Queens College '53. Visitation Saturday June 28, 2-4 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Contributions can be made in honor of Joan R. Sullivan to the Cold Spring Harbor Library, 95 Harbor Road, Cold Spring Harbor, NY 11724.
