SMITH - Harold J. Jr., 84, of Huntington on June 14, 2014. Born in Bayville, Long Island and a graduate of St. Dominic's H.S. Harold served in the NavalReserve and was an Ex-Chief of the Bayville Fire Company 1.Beloved husband of Helen P. (nee Phillips) for 62 years. Adoringfather of Bridgette Collins(Robert), Bruce (Terri), Michele Loker (Ford) of Maryland, Paul (Linda) and Elizabeth Haddock (Tom). Cherished grandfather of Sandra, Trevor, Alison, Christopher L., Jessica, Kimberly, Scott and Christopher H.. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Wednesday 9:45 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Huntington.
