Survived by Life Partner of 19 years Christina Jurcewicz Hogan, his children Timothy J. Collins III (Susan) of Norfolk VA, Kevin Collins of Port Jefferson and Mary Lynn (Allen) Chavez of Virginia Beach VA, his children's mother Maureen Collins, Grandchildren Kristin, John, Aidan, Caitlin and great grandchildren Madison and Genesis. Memorial Visitation Sunday 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Memorial Mass Monday 10 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Greenlawn.
