Free, Charles, 85, passed away in South Carolina, September 28, 2013. He joined the Merchant Marines at age 16 and 4 years later served in the US Army. He is predeceased by his wife Patricia and son Timothy. Survived by his brother Richard and sister Janet Furey. Visitation M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Little Shelter in his memory.
