Religious services St. John's Church, Cold Spring Harbor, Monday 10 AM. Interment Memorial Cemetery of St. John's Church, Laurel Hollow. In lieu of flowers memorial donations made to Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk, 505 Main Street, Northport, NY 11768.
