POWERS - James of Huntington born August 22, 1928, died peacefully at home July 12, 2013. Gifted bricklayer, member KofC 468, beloved husband to Rose of 64 years; father to James, Ralph, Phyllis, & Kathy; grandfather to Emily, Joel, Samantha, Kettie, and Max; great-grandfather to Quinn. Brother of Margery, Carol, and Eleanor. Visitation Connell Funeral Home Huntington, Sunday, 7-9pm, Monday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Mass at St. Hugh's Church, Huntington Tuesday 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to Visiting Nurse Services, Northport.
