HANNAN - Jeanne E., 78, of Huntington Station, on February 7, 2013. Kindergarten teacher for 35 years at Syosset Schools.Beloved mother of Mary Lenzi (Michael) and Patrick. Loving grandmother of Matthew, Mickey, Maggie, Luke and Jenny. Dear sister of Frank Aragona, Gloria Lombardi and Judy Baker. Sister-in-law to Margie Polland. Caring mentor to countless nieces, nephews, cousins, colleagues and good friends who affectionately referred to her as "Aunt Jeanne." Visitation Thursday & Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at M.A. Connell Funeral Home, 934 New York Ave., Huntington Station. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:45 AM at St. Edward the Confessor Church, Syosset. In lieu of flowers memorial donations made to: The Lustgarten foundation, (www.lustgarten.org/) in her name would be greatly appreciated.
