Dear Family, our Uncle Rudolph was truly special among us. His Captivating smile and Heartwarming laughter would light up any space he entered! His inner joy and love spread to everyone he touched and shared even in the smallest conversations and moments. We all can attest to his kindness and generosity. As The Scripture says, "Let your light shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven!" Our dear Uncle Rudolph certainly did that!! Until we meet again - we'll carry on that legacy. Denise Skinner Moore and Family

My family and I loved Rev. Rudolph Skinner, and we are so grateful for the presence he had in my grandparents’ lives. Honestly, I never thought my grandparents would become churchgoing people especially my grandfather. But God connected them not just to the Rev., but to his entire family, in a way only He could orchestrate.
My grandfather was an amazing man, and I know Rev. Skinner was just as amazing because my grandfather actually liked him, respected him, and loved him, just as my grandmother has and still does. That kind of bond doesn’t happen by accident.
You are, and will always be, truly missed. Thank you for pouring your love into our family, and thank you to your family for allowing us to pour our love into you all in return. God knew exactly what He was doing when my grandparents went to purchase that car that day even when we don’t know what we need, God is already working, putting the right people in our path.

Sometimes as we travel through this world, you meet someone who really touches your life
For me, that was Rev R. Skinner
He was not only my Rev., he was my friend, my pal! I could go on and on about the amazing way Rev. Skinner not only cared about his loving family , he was "one in a million" when it came to caring for everyone.
I remember years ago, Rev. Skinner would feed a homeless man every evening
When this homeless man succumbed, there was no family to see about him . Rev. Skinner made sure that this homeless gentleman had a descent homegoing, I will never forget that.
I am truly heartbroken over your passing Rev Skinner
Knowing that you are in the presence of our Lord, gives me some comfort
Since 2002, I have great memories of being a member of United Christian Church, under your
Pastorialship. My heart, love and prayers are, and will always be in place for our 1st Lady, Sister A. Skinner and the Skinner family
R.I.P. my loving Rev, my loving Pal

As we mourn the loss of Uncle Rudolph, let us also celebrate the remarkable life he lived. We always looked forward to his visits to Hertford and had such a great time. He will surely be missed.
He was a man of faith, love, wisdom, and kindness whose presence blessed our family and everyone who knew him. His legacy will continue to live on through the lives he touched and the example he set.
May God surround each of us with his peace, comfort, and strength during this difficult time.

Hello family, I will truly missed uncle. When he came home to Hertford he always prayed for Russell and I for opening our home to foster children. And tell Russell he is so much like his brother Ike. Russell would cook him peanut and they would walk around and talk. We love yall and will continue to keep you in prayer.
