Tío Manolo, so many of my childhood memories were with our families together on so many occasions. My Mom & I are sorry we couldn’t be there to pay our respects as we are here in Santander. I will cherish all the time we spent with you 3 years ago here in Santander. May God bless you and keep you in his glory. I am sure my Dad was there to welcome you at the pearly gates of Heaven. Manolo, we are first cousins and you were born in Ireland. My mother told us she had to cycle a dark road on a dark night to get the midwife the night you were born. When Michael and I met you for the first time we felt we knew you all our lives. A true son of Ireland and Spain. Ar dheis De go raibh do anam dilis. Manolo, you were an exceptional brother-in-law with the determination to be independent and taking pride in working on your own! We had the opportunity to get to grow closer during common vacations in Santander, with hopes after your last visit in 2023 to spend time again together in your beloved fatherland. I am so sorry you departed while I am in Santander and without my passport me not being able to attend your last journey. Rest in peace. I will miss you… Your brother-in-law RUDI

I had the honor to be around Manuel in his last years of life because of Angela. I was always impressed by how he was so proud of his family and their accomplishments knowing that he was humble about his own achievements. May god bless his family that he loved so dearly.
